Before You Book

Couples usually book party, tent and event rental companies 4–6 months ahead. Ask:

• What is the delivery, setup and pickup fee?
• Is there a damage waiver, and what does it cover?
• Do we need to rinse dishes or fold linens before pickup?
• Can you do a site visit for a tent?
• Do tents need a permit, flooring, sidewalls or heaters?

• Check what your venue already includes before renting.
• Tents often need permits and a site visit; book early.
