Before You Book
Couples usually book party, tent and event rental companies 4–6 months ahead. Ask:
- What is the delivery, setup and pickup fee?
- Is there a damage waiver, and what does it cover?
- Do we need to rinse dishes or fold linens before pickup?
- Can you do a site visit for a tent?
- Do tents need a permit, flooring, sidewalls or heaters?
Tips for Booking Party, Tent and Event Rental Companies
- Check what your venue already includes before renting.
- Tents often need permits and a site visit; book early.
